Bangdong 90-degree elbow production steps

The dimensions of the unfolded drawing can refer to related sheet metal manuals. If there is no sheet metal manual, you can use CAD to draw the unfolded drawing. The methods are as follows: 

1. Draw two sections of 90-degree elbows on the left for a total of one section, and draw 10 in the radial direction. The bars (more finer) divide the vertical lines. 

2. Draw a horizontal line on the right. The length is 300 × 3.14 = 942. Then draw a vertical line and divide it into 10 equal parts (same as the left figure). Do you understand? In fact, it is a round pipe expansion. The ordinate at each point on the elbow is the same as the unfolded view. The horizontal coordinate corresponds to 3.14 times the same coordinate on the unfolded view. 

3. Draw the points on the 90-degree elbow and make a smooth curve.
