America anti-dumping and countervailing policy

October 15, 2010, the US International Trade Commission issued a notice, anti-dumping and countervailing final ruling of industrial damage originating in China seamless carbon and alloy steel standard pipe, line pipe and pressure pipes, ruled that dumping of the product concerned conduct and behavior of the US subsidies caused substantial damage to the domestic industry.
According to the affirmative determination, the Commerce Department will release the product of anti-dumping and countervailing duty order.

September 13, 2010, the US Department of Commerce anti-dumping and countervailing final ruling on the case, ruled that Chinese enterprises involved in the dumping margin of 13.66% ~ 53.65 %, the subsidy rate was 48.99% to 98.74%.
